I just sent an application to Folklore treeplanting company! I am very hopeful they will be contacting me soon.
But no, I am not crazy. I am not going treeplanting. I applied for a position as a camp cook, which is something I know is physically possible for me to accomplish! I've heard they are a very good company to work for, and have friends who recommend them, so that helps ease any apprehension I might have.
The job I am at currently was really great when I started, but things have gotten kind of crazy in the past 6 months or so, and what I thought was a "phase" has turned into "normal"...I feel it's time to jump ship. Which is really unfortunate, because it could be a really awesome place...it WAS a really awesome place...to work. But I can feel in my bones that its time to go...

I hope you get the job Jill! Camp cook sounds way better than actual tree planting. At least you won't have to worry about getting attacked by a bear!
